  • TLW Registration is due to our office by February 1 or before.
  • Hancock 4-H Foundation is providing a $15 scholarship for each 4-H member attending. Regular cost is $68 per person and $53 for first timers.
  • Therefore your check will be $53 per person or $38 if this is your first time. Make your check payable to Hancock 4-H Foundation and send it to the Hancock Extension Office with the registration and health form before February 1.
  • March 23-25, 2007 at Jackson's Mill State 4-H Camp.
  • Any Hancock teen who is working on their Charting project, must attend at least one Teen Leader Weekend and take the Charting classes. These classes are mandatory at least once between 8th grade and finishing the Charting project.
  • The Hancock 4-H van is available providing a parent or chaperone can drive. Pickup times and locations will be arranged and shared with families.
  • We must have one chaperone for each 10 youth attending. If you can chaperone, please give the office a call.
  • Registration will be at assigned cottage and then participants will report to Harrison Cottage Assembly to see the nurse and get their meal ticket. Registration at Jackson’s Mill will start at 6:30pm on Friday night. Each participant will be sent a letter of confirmation listing their cottage assignment prior to the event.
  • TLW is finished on Sunday morning.
  • Participant age range is 13 - 19 and participants may not be beyond the 1st year in college. The staff will reject anyone over the specified age.
  • This year attendance will be limited to the first 300 camper registrations received and that number must include 100 registered for Charting.
  • Refund of your money due to your cancellation is very difficult to make happen and probably won't.
