Tomlinson Run State Park
Tomlinson Run is located on Route 8 in New Manchester, WV.
From Rt. 2 in Weirton: Go north through New Cumberland, turn right onto Rt.8 and go 4 miles. The Park will be on your left. Follow the signs to the lake.
From Rt. 30: Just south of Chester, turn onto Rt. 8 and go about 6 miles. The park will be on your right. Follow the signs to the lake.
What do I bring to the Derby?
Kids need to bring their own tackle (rod, reel, hooks, etc); they should bring their own bait; and most importantly, a parent or guardian. Our recommendation is that each child should be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian at each event.
