6.25" x 12" rectangle-shape. Plastic. Some states have 2 holes and some states have 1 hole, so you'll need to know which type to order. Black is the only color available at this time.
Cost is $3.00 per frame if you order 100 frames or more. Commercial shipping will be added to your order.
Cost is $4.00 per frame if you order less than 100, with $1.00 per frame shipping charge added.
Minimum order is 25 frames.
Orders must be placed by August 1, 2007.
